The fact is that many people care about the image they show to others because many people make fast judgments when they look at you.
The way you dress, cut your hair are big deals when you want to leave a first good impression. The way you speak and you personal hygiene is really important and you have to take good care of that if you want to succeed in making friends or businesses.
A business man has to have even greater care with their image since they are selling something. A business man has another thing to take care of in his image and that is the business cards, business cards also leave a first impression and they better be good if you want to thrive.
Most people care about their looks might they be conformist or not, I think that what matters is people feeling good with themselves and that there shouldn’t exist any conformism in those cases.
Unfortunately most business man’s can’t allow themselves to dress in any way, most of them are conformists because it seems to work better. I would like to leave the message that sometimes looks aren’t everything since some of the biggest criminals wear a tie.
