Has I was getting older I started noticing a reduction in my field of vision, at first I didn’t noticed but then it became like a blur and I had to go and do some eye tests. The tests revealed that I needed eyeglasses, from that day on I started wearing eyeglasses until today. I had a problem about the glasses, the problem was that I was always breaking then and it was expensive to break glasses when I started wearing them.

I had to find a different solution, an alternative so I went looking for eyeglasses over the internet, I got amazed about how cheap some companies were selling the eyeglasses, from that day forth I started buying all my eyeglasses over the internet, it’s the same quality but you pay much less.

Nowadays, with the current state of our economy I try to save every penny, that also goes when I buy eyeglasses, I’ve been looking for a cheaper source but I can’t seem to find any, for now on the internet is the cheapest place to buy eyeglasses, at least for me.

Many smart shoppers buy some products over the internet because it really pays off in the end.

One thing that we should all care for is our diet, it can be hard but if you follow a healthy diet you can live more years and with more quality. The diet is also very important for people that are overweight!

One thing that we can’t forget is to eat a lot of greens, greens have a lot of vitamins and fiber essential to our wellbeing. Rice and pasta are really important and you should eat them but not in excess. Avoid meat because it has a lot of fat and go more for soya, you can find soya cubes is the market, those soya cubes with the right condiments can be really tasty and they are good for you. Fish is a good source of proteins and other nutrients, go for fish! Eat plenty of fruit, that’s a must!

In the end you must avoid fat and sugary food like cakes for example.
